TEMİR Makine Teçhizat Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is a foreign trade company based in Istanbul. Our core business is the transit trade of machinery, equipment and industrial materials.
Who we are
The purchase, sale, import and export of industrial machinery, spare parts, electrical and electronic materials, iron and steel products, plastic and rubber goods and construction materials are the business activities set out in our articles of association. We bring this broad range together in a single business model: connecting the manufacturer with the end user without unnecessary handling of the goods.
Why transit trade
When a machine first travels from its country of manufacture to Türkiye and then sets off again, the cost is paid in time, freight and taxes. In transit trade the goods move directly from the supplier's country to the buyer's country, while we take care of the contract, financing, documents and coordination.
Our name
Temir means iron in many Turkic languages, notably Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tatar and Uzbek. It is the raw material of machinery and the foundation of industry. The hexagonal nut and T-section in our logo grew out of the same idea: a reliable connection and a load-bearing structure.
Our working principles
Specification first
Before discussing price, we clarify the product's technical specifications, standards and place of use. A wrongly specified product makes even the cheapest offer expensive.
Document discipline
In transit trade the paperwork matters as much as the goods themselves. We check that the information on the invoice, bill of lading and origin documents is consistent before shipment.
Transparent costs
We show the product price, freight, insurance, inspection and financing costs separately. The buyer knows exactly what it is paying for.
One point of contact
From order to delivery you deal with the same team. We handle the coordination between the manufacturer, the carrier and the bank.
