- How we work
How an enquiry becomes a delivery, step by step.
Every transaction is different, but the method stays the same. Below you can see the stages a machinery or materials enquiry goes through on our side.
-
Enquiry
You send us the product name, model or technical specification, quantity, destination country and target delivery date. A photo, a drawing or the nameplate data of an existing machine is enough to get started.
Step 1Defined requirements list
-
Technical matching
We check the product's standards (for example CE, ISO and the technical regulations of the buyer's country), voltage and frequency, climatic conditions and spare parts requirements.
Step 2Technical compliance note
-
Supplier comparison
Offers from manufacturers and stockists are compared by price, production lead time, warranty and loading point.
Step 3Sourcing table with options
-
Quotation
A single sales quotation is prepared, showing the product price, freight, insurance, inspection and financing items separately.
Step 4Proforma invoice
-
Contract and payment
The sales contract is signed and the payment structure is set up (opening of the letter of credit, advance payment, etc.), after which the order is placed with the supplier.
Step 5Order confirmation
-
Production follow-up and inspection
Production or preparation is monitored. On request, pre-shipment inspection and testing are carried out.
Step 6Inspection report
-
Loading
Packing, marking and loading take place in the supplier's country. Container, break bulk or part-load (LCL) shipment options are planned.
Step 7Transport document
-
Documents and collection
Documents are forwarded through the banks or directly to the buyer, in line with the payment structure. The buyer takes delivery of the goods through its own customs.
Step 8Delivery and close-out
Packing and transport

Heavy machinery
Flat rack or open top containers and, where necessary, bulk carriers; dismantling, lashing and skid solutions.
Parts and materials
Standard containers, pallets and crates; VCI packaging against moisture and corrosion.
Sensitive equipment
Crates with shock and tilt indicators, and climate-controlled transport options.
